Exchange Window

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
• Exchange is subject to product availability

Conditions for Exchange

• Items must be unused and unworn
• Items must be unwashed
• Original tags must be intact
• Original invoice/receipt required

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Sale items and discounted products
• Items without tags or invoice
• Used or worn items

How to Request an Exchange

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Share your order details and reason for exchange
3. We'll arrange pickup and send your new item
